The speedometer for concreting speed – The reusable pressure sensor measures fresh concrete pressure in real time, providing direct feedback on concreting speed and formwork loading. Fresh concrete acts on the sensor’s central membrane, with pressure increasing continuously during placement until hardening begins.
A robust 3D‑printed housing with stainless steel protective levers shields the sensor element and supports easy removal after concreting.
Expert Support for Maturity Assessment
Also with our solution, a calibration with compressive strength determination of the concrete in the laboratory is necessary in advance for the determination of the degree of maturity of the concrete. Our experts will accompany and support you in this process.
